2023 TALAWANDA FALL ATHLETIC FEE INFORMATION

Athletic Fees

• Talawanda High School - $600 per sport
• Talawanda Middle School - $250 per sport
• No reduction in cost for multisport athletes
• No individual or family cap

Payment

• Athletic Fees are due Friday, August 11th, 2023

• Payment may be made by cash or check at the Main office, Athletic Office or online through EZpay like regular school or lunch fees. 

Payment Plans

• All payment plans MUST be set up through the Athletic Director prior to the following dates:
• Fall Sports - August 1, 2023

• Talawanda High School due dates for payment plans are as follows:

• Payment #1 of $300 - August 11, 2023
• Payment #2 of $300 - August 25, 2023

• Talawanda Middle School due dates for payment plans are as follows:

• Payment #1 of $125 - August 11, 2023
• Payment #2 of $125 - August 25, 2023

• Additional Payment Information.
• Missing the payment deadline for the full cost of the Athletic Fees, or Payment #1 of a payment plan, will result in removal from all team activities the week of August 14th until payment is received
• Missing Payment #2 of a payment plan will result in the student athlete not being able to participate in any games or competitions until the payment is received.  The student athlete may still participate in practices and other team activities.
• If payment #2 is not received by Friday, September 1st, then the student athlete will be removed from participating in all team activities starting the week of September 4th. 

Financial Assistance

• Financial assistance is not available through the school as extra curricular activities are not a state or federal requirement of the education system.
