IMPORTANT WINTER SPORTS INFORMATION

Registration Requirements
Please ensure that all forms in Final Forms are completed (both parents and student-athletes), and an updated physical is on file.  If this is not done the student-athlete will not be able to participate in practice until everything is complete. Physicals are encouraged to be uploaded to Final Forms but can also be dropped off at the Athletic Office.

Mandatory Parent-Player Meeting
We will hold a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, November 6th, at 6 PM in the Talawanda High School Cafeteria. This meeting will cover crucial topics, including athletic fees, transportation, and expectations for the season. 

Picture Day
Picture Day is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13th. Schedule and ordering information will be communicated by the coaches.  

Athletic Fees
Athletic fees will be added to student-athletes' EZ-Pay accounts (the same account used for school fees and lunch). Payments can be made online with a credit card or in person (cash or check only) at the Main Office or Athletic Office.

Fees for the 2024-2025 School Year

• First Sport: $300
• Second Sport: $300
• Third Sport: Free
• Family cap of $800 for high school
• Family cap of $1200 for combined high school and middle school

Payment Due Date
All fees are due by Friday, November 15th.

Payment Plans
If you would like to set up a payment plan, please email me at richardsonj@talawanda.org by Friday, November 1st.

• Payment #2 due date: December 6th

Please note that payment plan payments must be made in person by cash or check; they cannot be made online.
